What is the Strong Life Method?

When I first started coaching, most people came to me with the same stories. That they'd tried loads of diets or workout routines before and saw some progress but they could never stick to it. They'd end up missing the gym for weeks or even months on end or they'd regain any weight they'd lost.


So when I started coaching them, they were shocked to find that the methods we used weren't anywhere near as extreme as they used to be! They didn't have to just eat chicken and broccoli every single day and they didn't have to destroy themselves with 5 heavy gym sessions every week. They were able to lose weight and get leaner and stronger all while living their life!


But as time went by, I started to see that it wasn't just about helping people lose weight. It was about improving their confidence in the gym, helping them find a love for training and actually helping them ENJOY exercise and all of its benefits. And more and more I found that the people coming to me didn't just want to lose weight. They wanted to feel stronger, more confident and able to just do more with their body. It wasn't just about changing how their body looks, it was about changing what their body can do.


So with that in mind, I created the Strong Life Method to help people do just that!

The Phases of the Method

After our initial strategy call and once your programme and personalised welcome pack is created, here's what we'll do!

  • FOUNDATION PHASE- We'll build some solid foundations and habits, ease you into training and get you comfortable and confident with training and nutrition. You'll see some fast gains in strength and initial fat loss. 
  • ACCELERATE PHASE- Building on the foundation we've built, we'll go into a phase where we really push and get you out of your comfort zone. We'll take a far more concentrated approach nutrition wise and the weights will be bumped up in your sessions. Expect some new challenges training wise!
  • BLAST PHASE- Depending on your goal, this will be a phase where we really maximise the progress we've made so far. Whether it's getting that little bit more leaner, running that little bit faster or hitting some new pbs on the barbell. this will be a strong phase!
  • EVALUATION PHASE- We'll do some solid goal setting, evaluate how well things went and what your current goal is going forward! Whether it's trying out a new style of training, maintaining progress or just continuing to get fitter and stronger we'll make sure that every approach is tailored to you and your goals and values!
